Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team on a fast-paced, high-volume plant floor. You will split time between diagnosing faults and coaching technicians, reporting to the Engineering Manager, with a focus on reliability and safety. This is a hands-on role in a 24/7 operation.

The ideal candidate brings extensive industrial maintenance experience and strong leadership, teaching skills, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience supervising or leading a team.
• Five+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team day-to-day: assign work, set priorities, and focus on critical issues each shift.
• Train on the floor using real breakdowns to teach reasoning behind repairs.
• Build and execute cross-training to cover electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls work.
• Provide regular feedback, recognize performance, and address concerns directly.
• Mentor newer Technicians and prepare top performers for more responsibility.
• Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records in the CMMS and ensure safety standards.
