Job summary

11th Hour Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Fairborn, OH manufacturing facility.

This hands-on leadership role will manage a team of eight technicians, drive preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the Plant Manager, production teams, and outside contractors to keep equipment reliable and production moving. Responsibilities include scheduling, prioritizing maintenance work, ordering parts, supervising safety protocols (LOTO, GMP), and maintaining maintenance records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around machinery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Maintenance Technicians and Service Clerks.
• Prioritize maintenance and plant support work based on equipment needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and other equipment.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and improve reliability.
• Coordinate outside contractors and vendors for repairs and projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report trends to management.
• Ensure safety requirements and procedures are followed.
