Atrium Centers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across our healthcare facilities. You will supervise a team, ensure safety and compliance, manage schedules and budgets, respond to emergencies, and support regulatory readiness.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience in healthcare, are organized, reliable, and customer-focused. On-call rotation and a strong service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred).
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the facility’s daily maintenance operations and team members
• Ensure equipment, utilities, and building systems remain in safe, working order
• Maintain facility grounds to provide a clean, secure, and welcoming environment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
• Manage supplies, maintenance schedules, and departmental budgets
• Maintain required records and documentation for compliance and inspections
• Support regulatory readiness and ensure adherence to state and safety standards
• Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation as needed
