AZEK Exteriors, part of the James Hardie Building Products family, seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for the Keyser Facility in Scranton, PA. This role leads ~15 maintenance pros on a 24/7 PVC extrusion operation and spends ~80% on the plant floor driving preventive maintenance and reliability.

You'll coach the team, champion safe practices (LOTO) and balance hands-on support with planning and admin duties to improve uptime and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance experience, including leadership in a manufacturing/production setting.
• Coach, develop and hold technicians accountable while working on the floor.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with LOTO and energy-control procedures; safety is a priority.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of ~15–16 maintenance professionals on a 24/7 operation.
• Champion safe maintenance practices and energy-control procedures (LOTO).
• Serve as hands-on supervisor; spend majority of time on the plant floor.
• Drive preventive maintenance, reliability and downtime reduction across extrusion operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and prioritize maintenance work.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability as capacity expands.
