The AZEK Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for the Keyser Facility in Scranton, PA. This hands-on leadership role will manage ~15 maintenance professionals in a 24/7 PVC extrusion operation, driving preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and on-floor coaching.

You'll balance hands-on floor work with planning and admin duties, ensuring safe practices and downtime reduction while supporting continuous improvement and proposed capacity expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing.
• Hands-on leader who coaches and develops maintenance technicians.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of ~15–16 maintenance professionals on a 24/7 operation.
• Champion safe maintenance practices, including energy control and Lockout/Tagout.
• Serve as a hands-on working supervisor on the plant floor, not just admin work.
• Drive preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and downtime reduction.
• Troubleshoot issues, prioritize work and ensure planned and unplanned maintenance is completed.
• Support continuous improvement and capacity expansion planning.
