Job summary

Sibelco in Ashley, IN is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams and keep production lines running at peak performance. You’ll troubleshoot and repair complex systems, plan preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires strong experience with conveyors and industrial equipment, SAP for maintenance management, and leadership skills. A technical background in mechanical or electrical fields is preferred, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance environments.
• Hands-on experience with conveyor systems.
• Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and work order management.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance program and work order closure in SAP.
• Lead maintenance team and coordinate with third-party contractors.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting (480V a plus).
• Train plant personnel in basic maintenance tasks.
• Lead RCA to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
