You will handle plumbing, electrical tasks, pool upkeep, groundskeeping, and apartment turnovers to keep our properties safe and welcoming for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Reasoning ability to follow detailed but unimpaired written or oral instructions and handle a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and maintenance of competency skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to day-to-day functions across multiple fields of property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, pool upkeep, groundskeeping, and apartment turnover.
• May be assigned additional tasks to support projects and operations.
