Qualifications

• Ability to apply an understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; handle problems with a few concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Attend day-to-day maintenance across plumbing, electrical, pool upkeep, groundskeeping, and apartment turnover.
• Ensure properties are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents and tenants.
• Support projects and operations with additional tasks as assigned.
