Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging in Feasterville-Trevose is seeking a Maintenance Working Lead to provide hands-on daily leadership for maintenance operations, ensuring equipment safety, reliability, and production readiness.

You will coordinate work across shifts, mentor technicians, document maintenance activities, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and contractors to uphold GMP and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience with lead/coordination preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and SAP/CMMS.
• Ability to read drawings and safely use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily maintenance work based on safety, production, and equipment needs.
• Coordinate across shifts and support handoffs; provide hands-on troubleshooting during breakdowns.
• Ensure maintenance work meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Support PM scheduling, execution, review, and improvements; document work orders and equipment history.
• Identify uptime improvements; participate in root-cause analysis and equipment upgrades.
• Promote safety culture and compliance with GMP, ISO, and PPE requirements.
• Assist sourcing parts, vendor information, and contractor scheduling; review work by contractors.
• Coach Maintenance Technicians and partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS.
