gpac, on behalf of a growing manufacturing client, is seeking a Maintenance Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership on the production floor, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, and train operators on basic repairs and first-line troubleshooting.

The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance for packaging, slicing, pumps, conveyors, boilers, refrigeration, and sanitary systems, with a 6am start and a flexible end time (3-6pm) depending on production; occasional weekends may be

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
  • Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and coach operators.
  • Experience with packaging equipment, slicing equipment, pumps, conveyors, boilers, and refrigeration.
  • Familiarity with sanitary process systems.
  • Ammonia refrigeration, boiler, and wastewater experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership skills.
  • Ability to work 6am to a flexible end time (3-6pm) depending on production, with occasional weekends as needed.

Job description
