Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY seeks a Maintenance Lead to supervise maintenance specialists in a cannabis cultivation facility in Virginia. You will guide, train, and coordinate daily tasks, PM programs, and CMMS administration.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience in production, basic electrical/HVAC/plumbing knowledge, and a collaborative, safety-conscious approach. You must be legally eligible to work in the United States and 21+.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience in a production facility.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Guide incoming and current maintenance specialists by sharing tips and best practices.
• Assist in CMMS implementation and act as CMMS administrator for the location.
• Troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, and equipment issues.
• Perform PM program tasks and complete daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and assist with external contractors as needed.
