Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Coolidge, AZ, seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee planning, organizing, and executing preventive maintenance for the cultivation and processing facility.

You will lead hands-on maintenance, manage CMMS implementation, coordinate outside contractors, and ensure electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems operate reliably while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of facility and equipment maintenance experience.
• 2 years of maintenance leadership experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with cannabis commission.
• Compliance with industry laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SOPs; train personnel.
• Maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems.
• Maintain cultivation and processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment issues.
• Lead hands-on maintenance and PM program.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment.
• Manage boiler, HVAC, and mechanical systems coverage.
• Complete maintenance checklists and CMMS records.
• Coordinate outside contractors and service agreements.
• Interview, hire, and train personnel.
