Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to provide on-site support for cultivation facility maintenance operations.

You will perform tasks including basic installation, inspection, and routine upkeep of machines and equipment, with cross-training to support other departments as needed. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, basic electrical/HVAC/plumbing knowledge, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing preferred.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and learn facility equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists.
• Troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, and equipment issues.
• Document maintenance activities and report to Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain clean and safe work environments and assist with custodial duties.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service needs.
