Qualifications

• Open to entry-level candidates; prior experience in logistics, events, warehousing, or operations is a plus.
• Experience in handling physical inventory, packing operations, or event setup is an advantage.
• Exposure to marketing, brand activations, or FMCG/beauty operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end PR kit assembly including packing, labeling, and quality checking of all PR materials.
• Coordinate the timely dispatch and delivery of PR kits to media, creators, and influencers.
• Manage and monitor the inventory of product samples, marketing materials, and event supplies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill sample requests for campaigns, shoots, and activations.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics issues in a timely manner.
