Bonefish Grill in Franklin, TN seeks an Assistant Culinary Manager to lead back-of-house operations with limited supervision. You will coach team members, uphold kitchen standards, and help Culinary Managers run efficient, high-quality service daily.

The role requires certified trainer status in back-of-house functions, flexibility, and US work authorization. Previous restaurant leadership is preferred, with emphasis on sanitation, safety, and timely ticket flow.

• Certified trainer in back-of-house functions.
• Passing grade in Assessment testing.
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum 21 years of age.

• Assist in kitchen openings and set-ups.
• Check schedules for incoming team members.
• Coach on security procedures and sanitation.
• Evaluate previous night’s close and inventory.
