• Diagnose and resolve end-user device issues on macOS and Windows.
• Support device deployment, imaging, and distribution for staff.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding, provisioning accounts and access.
• Track IT assets, document workflows, and perform audits.
• Contribute to internal IT documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Support ongoing IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks to support the IT Operations team.
