Job summary

Kelli’s is seeking an experienced Manager of Information Technology to lead hands‑on IT operations across our corporate office, distribution centre, and retail locations. The role covers infrastructure, POS, security, and enterprise systems, with a strong focus on enabling fast, reliable store openings.

The ideal candidate will manage Windows Server, Hyper‑V, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, while coordinating with vendors and store operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands‑on IT experience in a lead or senior role.
• Experience in a multi-site environment, preferably retail, healthcare, or distributed operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server and virtualization.
• Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Retail POS system administration and configuring a new location.
• NCR Counterpoint experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with PCI DSS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology setup and implementation for new store openings, including POS systems, networks, and equipment.
• Configure and administer NCR Counterpoint across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot POS, payment, network, and system issues; identify root causes.
• Manage payment terminals, deployment, inventory, and decommissioning.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and endpoint policies.
• Manage Windows Server, Hyper‑V, AD/Entra ID, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and site connectivity.
• Support warehouse technology and handheld devices; manage imaging, patching, and device refreshes.
• Travel to retail locations for installations and go‑live support.
