Job summary

ABCorp, a global leader in secure manufacturing, seeks a hands-on IT Support Engineer to maintain infrastructure and support our internal users. You’ll work with servers, network switches, firewalls, and users across the organization.

Responsibilities include administering Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, backups, and patching; maintaining inventory; and providing Tier 1/2 end-user support for desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or system administration.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11.
• Familiarity with printers, scanners, laptops, and desktop hardware.
• Ability to support firewall and security operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot network switches, VLANs, and wireless APs.
• Administer Windows Servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, backups and patching.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle.
• Support security controls and access policies.
