Responsibilities

• Maintain infrastructure and support internal users with desktop, laptop, printer, and scanner issues
• Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, backups, and patching
• Monitor system and network health to prevent downtime
• Provide Tier 1/2 end-user support for hardware and peripherals
• Support security controls and access systems as directed and assist with audits
