Job summary

Indigo Beam Consulting in Dallas, TX seeks a hands-on Infrastructure Leader to stabilize and modernize our multi-plant IT infrastructure. You will own on-premises and hybrid Microsoft platforms, partner with MSPs/MSSPs, and drive measurable reductions in debt and risk while setting a practical, scalable strategy.

The role requires leadership accountability, troubleshooting expertise, and cross-location ownership of core infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership and accountability for infrastructure stability.
• Experience managing MSPs/MSSPs and SLAs.
• Multi-location ownership of plant and HQ infrastructure.
• Ability to define phased, pragmatic infrastructure roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize and modernize IT infrastructure across a multi-plant manufacturing environment.
• Own on-premises and hybrid Microsoft platforms with governance and performance focus.
• Partner with MSPs/MSSPs to ensure clear escalation paths and strong SLA delivery.
• Reduce technical debt and operational risk through remediation and standards.
• Define and execute infrastructure strategy with a practical, phased roadmap.
