Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in technology management, with a strong background in managed services, infrastructure development, and security.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, CompTIA Security+, Cisco) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT teams to design and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on growth, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee IT services and vendor relationships to ensure timely support and adherence to SLAs.
• Drive development and enhancement of IT infrastructure, including secure networking, servers, storage, and data management.
• Utilize Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Active Directory, MS Server) to optimize enterprise systems.
• Design and implement regular maintenance schedules for IT infrastructure and evaluate new software solutions.
