The ideal candidate has PMP certification and 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Experience managing software development, integration, vendor implementations, or operations projects.
• Strong understanding of distributed and mainframe technologies and architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple technology and business projects.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams through successful project deliveries.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and WBS.
• Coordinate SMEs to identify requirements, estimates, and resource needs.
• Track deliverables and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
