Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR operations across multiple locations in a fast-paced aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on execution of HR processes, supervises the HR team, and ensures consistent support for employees, supervisors, and new hires. You will drive recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance activities, partnering with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and IT.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an HR team in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP, OSHA, FMLA, FLSA compliance.
• Strong audit readiness and documentation practices.

• Ensure compliance and employee relations support.
