Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing is seeking an HR Manager to lead a hands-on, people-focused HR team across multiple locations. You’ll ensure consistent, high-quality support for employees, supervisors, and new hires, while guiding the HR group to excellence in daily operations.

The role blends leadership, operations, and compliance in an aerospace/defense manufacturing setting. You’ll coach, develop, and partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and IT to keep HR running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR leader with multi-location experience.
• Experience delivering compliant HR services across sites.
• Strong partnering across Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & hiring coordination across sites.
• Onboarding & LMS administration to support new hires.
• Employee relations & investigations as needed.
• Performance management support and coaching.
• Benefits education & HRIS accuracy maintenance.
• Compliance execution (EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP, OSHA, WSI, FMLA, FLSA).
• Audit-ready documentation and reporting.
