Job summary

Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Training Manager to ignite operator readiness across our manufacturing programs, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery in an AS9100D framework.

You will set hands-on training strategy, standardize methods, and maintain audit-ready certification records. You will lead a multi-site OJT team, align training content with AS9100D and customer requirements, and partner with the LMS & Onboarding Lead to keep training

Qualifications

5+ years in regulated manufacturing with progression into leadership/training.
Proven technical coaching/instruction for hands-on production work.
Strong QMS discipline, documentation control, and risk-based thinking.
Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and controlled work instructions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multi-site OJT team; ensure training content and operator certification align to AS9100D, IPC/WHMA‑A‑620, and customer requirements.
Track effectiveness using FPY, scrap, rework, and cycle-time metrics; drive continuous improvement in skills matrices and qualification workflows.
Partner with LMS & Onboarding Lead to ensure accurate, timely training documentation.
