Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with management experience or equivalent quality and leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and technical skills.
• Experience with auditing and CAPA programs in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections and monitor quality metrics.
• Support product realization activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training and competency development for quality personnel.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on quality data and process performance.
