Nammo Defense Systems Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR activities across Plant 1 and Plant 2, ensuring a positive, compliant workplace and efficient personnel processes.

The role emphasizes employee relations, policy administration, training, safety, and benefits administration, with responsibility for recruitment, payroll coordination, and reporting to Nammo Corporate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR capacity, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA and other regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of HR across both Plant 1 and Plant 2 locations.
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and follow-up with managers.
• Oversee training and development programs for safety and HR processes.
• Advise management on policy changes, schedules, reprimands and communications.
• Develop, maintain and administer company HR policies and handbook updates.
• Coordinate payroll-related changes with finance and benefits enrollments.
