Job summary

Hexagon is seeking a Local People Partner in the US (Finance) to provide day-to-day HR partnership and support across assigned business groups. This hybrid role is based in the Atlanta area and collaborates with Centers of Excellence to drive employee relations, onboarding, engagement, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will balance employee support with business needs in a fast-paced environment, contributing to culture, performance support, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers across assigned client groups
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance concerns, workplace issues, and policy interpretation
• Support onboarding activities to ensure positive transition experiences
• Partner with managers on employee engagement, team culture, communication, and retention
• Conduct employee check-ins and support action planning from engagement surveys
• Collaborate with CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Operations) to support business needs
• Assist with performance management processes including feedback, coaching and development planning
• Support organizational changes, workforce updates, and employee communications
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and ensure policy compliance
• Coordinate training initiatives, employee programs, and culture-building activities
• Support HR projects across the Americas People Partner team
• Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive employee experience
