Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an on-site HR Generalist in LaPorte, IN to support employees and leadership across HR functions with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.

You will partner with managers, manage confidential records, and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A Bachelor’s degree and hands-on HR experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a Generalist HR role.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Proven recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and management across the organization.
• Manage employee relations matters, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and supporting a positive workplace environment.
• Lead and support recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating candidates, and extending offers.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a positive new-hire experience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with managers to address employee needs and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Assist with benefits administration and other day-to-day HR activities.
• Manage multiple HR projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Support additional HR initiatives and special projects as needed.
