Job summary

GRS Community Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Representative to keep communities safe and well-maintained. You will perform general maintenance, light electrical work, preventative inspections, pressure washing, painting, and coordinate with vendors.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, maintenance experience, HOA/Condo experience preferred, and strong communication with the ability to lift 30 lbs. Bilingual applicants welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance experience required.
• HOA/Condo Association experience preferred.
• Strong communication & organizational skills.
• Basic internet and computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must be bilingual.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs.
• Light electrical work, lighting replacement & timer adjustments.
• Preventative maintenance inspections & scheduling.
• Pressure washing & aesthetic upkeep.
• Light painting, stucco repair & masonry work.
• Maintain tools, supplies & equipment inventory.
• Conduct HOA property inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Assist with clubhouse event setup/takedown.
• Respond to maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Be available for on-call emergencies when needed.
