Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Foreman to lead the maintenance crew, perform diagnostics, and ensure trucks and equipment meet safety and company standards. The role involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining heavy trucks, while fostering a productive and safe shop environment.

You will coordinate with management, manage records, and train technicians to maintain fleet reliability. Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools are required.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years repairing and maintaining heavy trucks and diesel vehicles
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Waste-industry experience preferred, CDL‑B and DOT Medical Card preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for vehicles and equipment
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs to ensure roadworthy condition
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance in SAP or similar system
• Ensure safety compliance and proper preventive maintenance programs
• Train technicians and supervise work flow (non-management emphasis)
• Perform administrative duties as needed and support shop operations
