The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, assign rooms, train staff, coordinate with the front desk, monitor inventory, and ensure timely room readiness across busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily housekeeping operations.
• Prepare and distribute daily room assignments.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and quality standards.
• Train new housekeepers on procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with front desk on room status and priorities.
• Monitor supplies and inventory.
• Ensure beds are made and linens are correct.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
• Complete daily housekeeping reports.
