Fairfield Inn is seeking a friendly, courteous Executive Housekeeper Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and laundry staff. You will manage inventory, guest supplies, scheduling, planning and assigning duties, and help hire and train new team members.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring cleanliness standards and timely service across floors. This role offers on-site work, growth opportunities, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong guest service skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Attention to detail in inspections, inventory, and room readiness.
• Excellent communication with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Ability to stand for long periods, move frequently, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités
