Job summary

You will report to the Executive Housekeeper, follow brand training, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays while keeping rooms tidy, stocked, and presentable for guests.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to work in shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to brand standards.
• Report deficiencies and equipment issues to maintenance/supervisor.
• Assist guests with questions in a courteous manner.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects as assigned by management.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper stocking of supplies.
