Job summary

Lancesoft - State Account is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to assemble, test, and inspect basic electronic equipment. You will follow detailed work instructions, perform component replacements, and document test results in a fast-paced production setting.

The role emphasizes basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and teamwork. Prior experience with computer hardware is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or training is a plus but not required.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, repair, electronics, computer hardware, or related environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience repairing or assembling computers, laptops, mobile devices encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computers and electronic devices; ability to read and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and test basic components for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related products.
• Perform basic installation and replacement of cables, batteries, memory, storage, screens, and parts.
• Troubleshoot to identify common hardware or installation issues.
• Follow work instructions, procedures, and repair processes.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or installation issues and document results.
• Conduct functional testing and report results; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Assist with product setup, labeling, and packaging; support production line activities.
• Identify defective components and report to the appropriate team member.
