Job Title – Production & Assembly Specialist

Job Description: This role focuses on hands‑on assembly, testing, and component handling within the manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and manual skills.

Primary Focus:

• Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to comply with production schedules and quality standards.
• Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.
• Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
• Log production data and report any defects or process deviations.
• Perform Hardware analysis or test replication to identify the root cause of defects.
• Perform material movements through integrated systems.
• Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma or technical certification.

Experience:

• Less than 1-year relevant experience, with experience in electronics or server hardware assembly preferred.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity; familiarity with ESD‑safe handling procedures ; basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interface ; and ability to lift and handle server components safely.
