Job summary

LanceSoft in Hillsboro, OR is seeking an Assembler II to conduct assembly, alignments, and final configurations of components on the day shift. The role expects a high school diploma and about 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience, with familiarity in Windows-based tools and MS Office.

Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus; clean room backgrounds are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience required.
• Experience with Windows-based and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing, 6S and continuous improvement a plus.
• Clean Room experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assembly, alignments, and final configurations of components.
• Assemble with hand tools, fixtures, and test equipment.
• Collect test data and document the manufacturing process.
• Participate in resolving production challenges and process decisions.
• Assist with equipment setup and calibration.
• Follow audit and safety guidelines and participate in continuous improvement.
