Job summary

LHH US is seeking a Production Assembler to support the assembly, testing, and fabrication of complex systems. The role requires hands-on experience reading engineering drawings and working in a team-based production environment.

The position involves wiring, soldering, sub-assembly work, and collaboration with engineering on prototype builds. Candidates should have a mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly background and a strong attention to quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and specifications.
• Must be authorized to work in compliance with export regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Use soldering irons, solder pots, hand tools, and other assembly equipment.
• Perform wire stripping, crimping, harness installation, and sub-assembly work.
• Complete final assembly of large electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Support engineering with prototype builds and product development activities.
• Identify assembly challenges and recommend improvements to tools, fixtures, and processes.
• Assist team members with assembly-related questions and technical guidance.
• Maintain compliance with quality management system requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
