Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to support the assembly and production of mechanical and electronic products in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses on following established processes, assembling components, operating equipment, identifying basic production issues, and ensuring products meet required quality standards.

The position requires at least 1 year of related manufacturing or assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, basic math and computer skills,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow established work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to lift and install mechanical assemblies or materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or climb for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical assembly work throughout the shift.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, safety shoes, smocks, and other required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform processes for manufacturing of product within work areas to achieve the required quality level.
• Provide feedback on production and defective parts problems to operator, line leader, and supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and compliance towards ISO 14001 Environmental standards.
• Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
• Support a cross functional work environment.
• Work within clearly defined processes and procedures.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Practical application to simple problems or situations ordinarily encountered.
• Problems can be easily and quickly detected within the work unit.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
