Whistle Express is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running, and contribute to a positive day for customers. No experience required, with a 60-day certification to get you up to speed.

You will be on the move, perform opening/closing duties, manage wash and detail centers, and maintain safety and cleanliness across all work areas. This role emphasizes energy, teamwork, and reliable customer interactions.

• A 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one.
• You are physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures and operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: engage customers and manage member accounts.
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.
• General site upkeep, including trash pickup and weed removal.
• Perform opening and closing duties and keep the tunnel clean and safe.
• Prepare towels and other materials to support daily operations.
