Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience and keep the site running smoothly. The role is fast-paced, outdoor, and physical, with a strong emphasis on ownership and teamwork.

No prior experience is required, and a 60‑day certification program will set you up from day one. You’ll work across welcome, wash, and convenience stations to ensure a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome station: provide friendly service, guide guests, assist with member sign-ups and changes.
• Wash station: follow safety procedures, prep vehicles, operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience station: engage customers, manage member accounts, ensure clean, organized spaces.
• General duties: open/close shifts, keep tunnels and stations clean, maintain inventory and supplies.
