Whistle Express Car Wash is looking for an Associate to start their journey on the front lines of the car wash experience. You will guide guests through the wash, keep the site running smoothly, and help with member sign-ups and account management.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with clear, tangible results at each shift end. No prior experience is required, and a 60-day certification program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• 60-day structured certification program provided.
• Physically active and able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and drive sales with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Wash Station: help prepare vehicles, follow safety procedures, and operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: manage member accounts and solicit positive reviews, keep areas stocked and clean.
• General duties: open/close shifts, maintain clean tunnels and work areas, follow uniform standards.
