Whistle Express is looking for an energetic Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and contribute to a positive daily impact. The role requires physical activity and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

No prior experience is required, as a 60-day certification program will prepare you from day one. You will join a tight-knit team and help maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across wash, convenience, and vacuum areas.

Qualifications

• No experience required; a 60-day structured certification program is provided to set you up from day one.
• Physically active and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service and support membership growth.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures and operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers and manage member accounts to ensure a positive CX.
• Stock and organize detail centers; maintain cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
• General duties: open/close, tunnel maintenance, prepare towels and materials.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and management about operational issues.
