Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running, and brighten customers' day. This hands-on role covers the lot, tunnel, and vacuum stations, with a 60-day certification program to get you started.

Youll be on the move outdoors, performing opening/closing duties, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow pricing and discount policies as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service and support membership growth.
• Wash Station Service: Safely operate wash equipment and keep area clean and organized.
• Convenience Station: Manage member accounts, plan changes, and encourage positive experiences.
• Stock and organize detail centers; empty trash and maintain clean work areas; maintain vacuum stations.
• General duties: open/close, maintain tunnel, and prepare towels and materials.
