Whistle Express is seeking an Associate for a hands-on, fast-paced role on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You will guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and contribute directly to a positive daily outcome for customers and team members.

The position emphasizes ownership, energy, and a proactive attitude. Training is provided through a 60-day certification program, with no prior experience required."

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and drive sales performance.
• Support membership growth with consistent guidance and processes.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow pricing and discount policies as directed.
• Wash Station: operate equipment safely and keep area clean and organized.
• Identify preexisting vehicle conditions and assist with prep.
• Communicate operational issues with team and management.
• Engage customers at Convenience Station to ensure a positive experience.
