Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to keep the wash site running smoothly and to guide guests through the experience. This hands-on role covers wash, vacuum, and convenience station duties with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

No experience is required; a 60-day certification program gets you started. You’ll be active outdoors, work with a tight crew, and see tangible results from every shift.

Qualifications

• No experience required; a 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one.
• Physically active and able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• Willingness to take ownership, stay proactive, and finish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through the wash experience.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Wash Station Service: maintain a clean wash area and assist with vehicle prep.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Engage with customers at the Convenience Station and manage membership CX.
• Stock and organize detail centers, empty trash cans, and perform site upkeep.
• Maintain vacuum stations and ensure a clean, safe environment.
