Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will be a player-coach, working alongside the team during every rush to set the pace and drive outcomes, owning people, product, and profit within your four walls.

You will manage floor operations, lead by example, and develop a culture of accountability and excellence. This role requires a hands-on operator committed to top performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume settings.
• Experience leading from the floor, balancing people, product and profit.
• Ability to manage labor, food cost, inventory and operational metrics.
• Comfortable making fast, real-time decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and work alongside the team during peak periods.
• Maintain food safety, quality, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Develop schedules and coach team members through hands-on coaching.
• Monitor speed-of-service and guest satisfaction shift by shift.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling and security procedures.
