Job summary

Wayfinder Newport, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead a guest‑focused front desk team and deliver memorable experiences in Newport, Rhode Island. This hands‑on leader will set the tone in the lobby, mentor staff, and ensure seamless arrivals, departures, and guest services.

You will manage scheduling, guest profiles, and cross‑department collaboration to optimize service quality while balancing labor and departmental costs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Front Office experience in a hotel.
• Hands-on leadership style with coaching and development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• College degree preferred or equivalent hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for warm, personalized hospitality from arrival through departure.
• Oversee Front Office operations, schedules, and guest profiles.
• Lead daily briefings and shift handovers for smooth arrivals and departures.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, Sales, and Revenue Management.
• Coach, motivate, and develop Front Desk, Shuttle, and Bell teams.
