Job summary

Wayfinder Newport, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Front Office Manager to lead a guest‑focused team in a vibrant Newport setting. The role emphasizes delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring smooth front desk operations across busy arrivals and departures.

You will coach a diverse team, manage scheduling, and coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, and Revenue to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Strong PMS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hotel Front Office experience required.
• College degree preferred, or equivalent hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Create Memorable Guest Experiences from arrival to departure.
• Oversee VIP, group, and special arrivals to personalize service.
• Lead, coach, and develop Front Office team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Own the day-to-day Front Office operation and ensure smooth shifts.
• Balance guest satisfaction with labor and departmental costs.
