Job summary

Wayfinder Newport, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Front Office Manager. Lead the Front Office team, deliver genuine hospitality, and ensure smooth operations across arrivals, departures, and VIP services in Newport, RI.

You will coach and develop a guest-focused team, oversee guest profiles and reservations, and partner with other departments to maintain service excellence. A college degree is preferred and flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hotel Front Office experience, including leadership of a Front Office team.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create Memorable Guest Experiences: welcome guests with warmth, anticipate needs, and personalize service across arrivals, groups, and VIPs.
• Lead & Develop the Team: recruit, coach, and develop Front Desk, Shuttle, and Bell team members; run daily briefings.
• Own the Operation: oversee day-to-day Front Office, manage schedules, and coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, and Revenue.
